Kwaku is an actor and writer and a native of Wicklow. He graduated from The Lir Academy in 2017. He is the voice of Gael in the Skydance Animation feature 'Luck' on Apple+. He read for the audiobook 'The Flatshare' by Beth O'Leary, alongside Carrie Hope for Quercus Books.

Most recently he has appeared in 'Hidden Assets' for RTE, directed by Thaddeus O'Sullivan and Kadir Balci. He has worked on the feature film 'Twig' (due to be released) written and directed by Marian Quinn. On stage he most recently appeared in 'Piaf' directed by Des Kennedy for The Gate Theatre, and in 'The Beaty Queen of Leenane' directed by Rachel O'Riordan for the Lyric Hammersmith and Chichester Festival Theatre.

Further screen credits include 'Line of Duty' for the BBC; 'Redemption' directed by John Hayes for ITV; 'Normal People' directed by Lenny Abrahamson and Hettie McDonald for BBC and Hulu; and 'Animals' directed by Sophie Hyde.

Further stage credits include 'Absent the Wrong' by Carys D. Coburn; 'Asking for it' directed by Annabelle Comyn at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre 'Peat' directed by Tim Crouch, and 'On Raftery's Hill' directed by Caitriona McLaughlin for the mains stage at the Abbey Theatre, Ireland's National Theatre.
